Returns will be granted if claim filed within 7 days of receiving item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Seller will provide a shipping label to the buyer upon approval of return. Printed artwork that is being returned needs to be in it's original plastic wrap, if item is opened or damaged, the refund will be rejected.
Cost of shipping label will be deducted from the refund. For example, if the item is $100 and the shipping fee is $17, the amount refunded will be $83.
Return shipping costs will depend on where the buyer is located and will be calculated by the seller when the claim is submitted. Once the item is returned and inspected, the refund (minus the cost of return shipping) will be immediately processed.
